Using this website
By using the Real Food Rocks website you agree to be bound by these ‘Terms & Conditions’ also in relation to those conditions listed under ‘Ticketing’ below, which will become applicable when you buy a ticket.
The text and images on this website are the property of The Real Food Rocks Festival or its affiliates and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You can print or download any part of the text and images for personal use only, and any copies must retain the copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material. Any other use is prohibited and shall automatically terminate your permission to use this website. No part of this website may be reproduced by any process without written permission from The Real Food Rocks Festival. The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of The Real Food Rocks Festival, The Public Health Collaboration or affiliates. You are not permitted to use such trademarks and logos without the prior written consent of The Real Food Rocks Festival.

TICKET GENERAL INFORMATION
Your PayPal payment receipt or confirmation email is your ticket. Please keep safe and ensure you bring either with you on the day to receive your festival wristband.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Real Food Rocks Festival takes no responsibility for tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or other sources which are therefore invalid.
The Real Food Rocks Festival is not liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
The Real Food Rocks Festival are not liable for any personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements made relating to the event.
Tickets must not be sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than The Real Food Rocks Festival.
Ticket refunds may be made up to one month prior to the Festival (20th July 2019)
Admission to the festival site, talks and workshops is only on the production of a wristband. The wristband colour will denote access to specific day and evening events
Wristbands should be worn at all times for the duration of the festival
All Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult on entry to the Festival site and wear a wristband at all times
Vehicles are left at your own risk
The festival line up and layout may be subject to change
Please be aware that there are some uneven surfaces and that the Festival may be crowded
Dogs may be admitted but only if kept on a lead
Trespassing on ‘no public’ access areas or adjoining private property will result in expulsion
No unauthorised recordings of events. All images and sound recordings remain the property of The Real Food Festival or their affiliates. Although cameras for personal use are allowed.
Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming, sound recording as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional or commercial activities.
Ticket holders enter at their own risk.
It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around the Festival sites.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to or purchase for under 18s. If you appear to be under 21 you may be asked for ID
Dangerous or drunk and disorderly behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the site.
Rights of admission reserved, no refunds will be given to any ticket holders who may be refused entry due to behaviour, intoxication or believed to be under the influence of illegal drugs.
Other than appointed vendors, no trading is allowed on the Festival sites or public areas.
The Real Food Festival has no liability for the loss or damage to vehicles, goods or other materials belonging to guests, exhibitors, and crew attending the festival.
The Real Food Rocks organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions, conditions , deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the Festival Site.
Real Food Rocks does not accept liability for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind suffered by you from the products, or services, or actions of any venue or area, performer, vendor, or others.
Real Food Rocks Festival will not be liable to you for any loss or enjoyment or profit not and indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
These terms represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and shall have priority over any and all prior statements, understandings or agreement whether oral or in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts and, by using this Site, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
