There will be a range of speakers and workshops running throughout the day in various locations around the site. Each speaker will run two sessions throughout the day, giving everyone the chance to be involved.

Dr Michael Mosley and Dr Clare Bailey
Michael Mosley is a science presenter, journalist and executive producer. He is also the the author of the international bestselling books The Clever Guts Diet, The Fast Diet, Fast Exercise and The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet.
Dr Clare Bailey is a GP with an interest in improving and reversing diabetes through diet. She has worked with patients following her husband Michael Mosley’s 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet using a low calorie Mediterranean style diet, with impressive results.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra

Darryl Edwards is a movement coach, TEDx speaker and thought leader in the area of creativity and innovation in fitness and health.

Dr. David Unwin
A GP based in Southport, Dr. Unwin is the RCGP National Champion for Collaborative Care and Support Planning in Obesity & Diabetes, as well as a Clinical Expert in diabetes. In 2016 he won the NHS ‘Innovator of the Year Award’ NW England. The Three Amigos (Ice Cold chef)
Around 8 months ago, John (Ice Cold Chef) needed to remove himself from the pre diabetes stage. Not only that his Mrs had also been diagnosed a type 2 diabetic, John moved their food into the low carb way and in 6 months put both of their diabetes into remission.

Larry Diamond has been following a Low Carb Healthy Fat, Paleo, and Fasting lifestyle since 2013. He has lost 120 lbs and reversed many ‘chronic’ diseases. His wife joined him in 2014 and also reversed many conditions and lost 70 lbs.

Peter J Voshol, PhD (1969): Senior Scientist and Integrative Medical Physiologist at Louis Bolk Institute, Netherlands as well as University of Cambridge, UK with an interest in Integrative Nutrition and Health. He received his PhD (2000) at the University of Groningen, NL. Since 2000 his major goal is to integrate his physiology expertise to link Nutrition and Health in the field of Obesity and Diabetes, while working at the Leiden University Medical Center, NL, the Joslin Diabetes Center, Harvard Medical School, USA and as Director of the Disease Model Core, Institute of Metabolic Science, University of Cambridge, UK. In the last 20 years he published more than 100 highly ranked papers. Peter is Co-founder and member of the Scientific Advisory Board of ‘Voeding Leeft’ Living Food Consortium, The Netherlands. The goal is to strengthen the importance of Lifestyle as Medicine not only in prevention but also as cure. He was one of the leading initiators for the largest and successful ‘KeerDiabetes2Om’ lifestyle group program for reversing Type 2 Diabetes in the Netherlands.
