ABOUT REAL FOOD ROCKS
Welcome to Real Food Rocks! This fantastic day festival will be taking place on July 20th 2019 at the stunning Brathay Hall near Ambleside. We are excited to share with you a host of real food vendors, mostly local to the area, selling high quality produce.
There will also be live music during the day and a range of wellbeing workshops, low carb cooking demos and fun activities for all the family! In addition, there is an evening event with more live music and a tasty hog roast supper.
All profits from the festival will go to The Public Health Collaboration a charity dedicated to improving the quality of public health information.
